At BENNI, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Attach the Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
